Here's a little bit about me:

20 years of leadership experience
14 years of university teaching experience
Author of 11 books about leadership and social change
Ph.D. in organizational leadership (my dissertation was entitled Portraits of Women Leaders: Solidarity and Social Division in Progressive Social Movement Organizations)

I'm a writer, scholar, visionary dreamer, provocateur, creative thinker, philosopher, illuminator, and transformation seducer who is insatiably curious, unapologetically optimistic, and a dyed in the organic hemp bleeding heart. I have had the privilege of working on a lot of really interesting projects in my life, and am continually seeking new opportunities to contribute toward a more compassionate, just, sustainable, harmonious, joyous, peaceful, and beautiful planet.
